Job description

Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. 


Oak View Group is searching for people to join our team at an Exclusive Members Only Club Restaurant known as Ra Ra Room by Major Food Group and Oak View Group in downtown Phoenix.  

This fine dining concept is hiring experienced hospitality professionals with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.  

This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00 to $21.00.

EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.


  • Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants preferred but not required
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred
  • Team-orientated and positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills a must
